        The office manager for this company is extremely rude and unprofessional. After several years of doing business with this company, we will no longer continue a relationship.

        I was forced to give 1 star in...

        I was forced to give 1 star in order to add a post! The worst service/customer service I have came across in some time. A Newer customer, I switched from Waste Management to save a few dollars. Not only have they not picked up my garbage twice (it was placed out before 6AM both times) Julie at customer service told me that the collector said it wasn't out. Really? They couldn't even offer me a credit for the lack of service. Now I have to wait for the next pick up & have smelly garbage sitting around. Waste Management was worth every extra dollar.
