I had an appointment with Dr. Sung J. Chung for a throat issue. We called for a quote before making the appointment. Price billed was over double the price quoted. They would not accept my check for what Kim told me the price would be and sent my personal info to TransUnion Credit Reporting Agency. The office would call and yell at me over the phone about the bill. Now I have a mark against my perfect credit.

Dr. Meta is GREAT! HOWEVER, the nurse there was something to be desired. She spoke down to me in front of my son because the dentist did not forward the xrays. Then when my son jerked because she sprayed a numbing agent up his nose, she said oh come on I do this to 5yr olds!!! My son is traumatized not because of the stuff sprayed up his nose or the tube put up his nose to look at his sinus but because the nurse belittled him and made it a worst experience then it was! His words not mine! However, if you can deal with the nurse, then Dr. Meta is absolutely great! He was very calming and worked great with my son! I've seen him twice but after the experience with the nurse I'm not sure we will be back!

We saw Dr. Gartlan who said that our daughter’s ears were fine and that she passed her hearing test. However, he then went on to recommend tubes. He also told us that they did not have a pediatric anesthesiologist. The office billed us with codes that were not covered by our insurance and refused to rebill the claims under a different code – despite the insurance company recommending different codes to bill. We had a better hearing test performed at Children’s Memorial Hospital, which was covered by our insurance 100%. The staff has been rude during this whole experience. My recommendations – if it is a child, go to Children’s…they specialize in children. Including a pediatric anesthesiologist.
