Avoid this place at all costs!

My truck I paid cash for broke down 8 miles from the dealer and was told pound sand, as is means as is

Literally the worst mistake I've ever made is buying a truck here, I've had the thing 90 days and keep finding more and more hacked up repairs and the bills keep piling up

Don't let the rust free southern part of his business keep you blind to the fact these are auction trucks and they do zero inspection or refurbishment to them

A hand wash and they're on the lot straight off the hauler!!!

Rick J. The same thing just happened to my 16yr old son! 3 weeks after he bought his truck he was hit with major repairs! Sure wish "MIKE" the owner thought more about doing the right thing than the all mighty $$$$ DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THAT COME OUT OF HIS MOUTH!

I have never had such a great experience when shopping for a truck. Auto Concepts did not pressure me into buying a truck but gave me space to look and check out each truck that caught my eye. I had been to several different dealerships in the area comparing trucks and pricing walking out of a few due to the sales people. These guys listened to what I was looking for guided me to a few choices, up front and honest with me about cost etc. I shared with them that I was comparing different models of trucks and was not ready to purchase that day. I was amazed that they did not try to convince me to purchase on the spot, which is what the other dealers was working hard to convince me to do. They gave me a business card and told me when I make the decision to purchase please contact them. This is the only business card I kept that day. I went back a few weeks later and purchased my new truck. Great truck so far and Happy about my decision. Thank you Auto Concepts in Joliet. Wish their was other dealers like you guys in the area.

Great truck buying experience, helped me get into exactly what I was looking for. Painless and was able to get financed despite my credit issues. Would buy again!

My Ford Excursion has been great for months now. On my 3rd purchase. No jacking around...walk in, pick out your truck, do the deal, easy. Southern rust free trucks without the premium price!

My 17 year old son saved his $ and went to buy his first truck. Everything went great was told everything in working condition just needed new tires this winter. Not even 3 weeks later truck went in for repairs, then again, and again . Most everything in truck had to be repaired costing almost price he paid for truck, only parts not fixed as of now is trams and alternator . Wish they were honest and didn't add all these bills to my 17 year old who used all his $ to buy this truck. Very disappointed this happened. Research truck intensely before buying from them or it could be VERY expensive

Hi i went out on 12/03/2014 the owner was rude he said i had to be pre approved to be able to check the truck. he said he did not have the key??? I said thank you and walked away i own my own businesses this is not a way to treat a customer the only thing on his mind was money

Went there to look at a truck, and was told by the jackass behind the counter that there "was no point in even opening a door to a vehicle, unless I had cash in my pocket." An hour later, I was signing papers on my brand new Duramax at Bill Jacobs. Way to treat a customer that had 10 grand in his pocket.

I called to check on a truck. MIKE(the owner) was rude and very unprofessional and and when I asked to speak to the manager he informed me he was the owner and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I can only imagine how the employees act if the owner sets examples like this. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! NEVER GO HERE AND INFORM YOUR FRIENDS ABD FAMILY NOT TO BUY FROM HERE!

Worst car dealership EVER! The add claims they open at 8:00am. I arrived there at 9:30am this morning. The front door was locked. I walked around back, and asked the mechanic if they were open, and why nobody was up front. He said the guy was at the auction. I came back about 20 minutes later, and the sales person was there. I asked him about the car, and he asked me if I had an attitude with the mechanic. I said no. He started to become more angry, and told me that they don't put of with that (not nice words) here. He doesn't have to sell to (more not nice words) anyone! He then brought me around to the mechanic, and asked him about my attitude. The mechanic agreed, and said I had one. I said, I'm sorry you feel that way, and shook his hand. That's when the sales person decided to tell me they already sold the car. The car is still showing for sale online.
