Long story short this DME company is the worst. They were supposed to send me supplies every month on a schedule. But constantly I would never receive the supplies and I'd call in and they'd say "oh you seem to have fallen off our calendar, we'll get you back on that". When I changed address, they continued sending my supplies to the old address. But the final straw was when they sent a few hundred dollars worth of stuff that never arrived. Keep in mind that unlike every other shipping retailer out there they do not send a tracking number or any other confirmation that a shipment is on the way. So I had no way of knowing whether the thing was shipped or whether it was another one of their obnoxious delays. After a month without the package I called to ask what was up. They said tracking showed that it arrived. It had not arrived. They said I had to file a USPS claim and that I had to go to the post office to do it. The post office said that was nonsense, they could file the claim and there was no way to file a claim at the post office. I filed a claim online and it was rejected and rejected on appeal because the tracking said it arrived. Given that Suburban Sleep and Pulmonary refused to help me and the USPS refused to help me, I simply gave up and refused to pay. They just called me and insisted on payment. I settled with them so I wouldn't go into collections. But I still don't have the stuff. I no longer use their services and never want to do business with anyone affiliated with them again. How hard is it to a) remember to send monthly supplies monthly. b) send out a confirmation email when supplies are sent. c) make it right when a shipment doesn't arrive. Amazon is able to do all of this. cpap.com is able to do all of this. This has been the most frustratingly inefficient bungled business I've ever worked with. I'm glad I found an alternative.
