The nail techs are nice and treat their customers well. My feet tend to get really dry, especially in the winter. After several pedicures at Nail Tech, they look much better and feel soft!
This salon is absolutely amazing, I will never go anywhere else to get my hair done again!! The girls are awesome and professional, I was radically changing my cut and color, and I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out!! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone, so if your looking for a new place to get your hair done, you found it! :)
Lesson Learned I tried this salon for the first time and was impressed with the friendly and accommodating attitude of the staff, was quoted a very reasonable price I did not argue it, and met on the day of my appointment with a stylist willing to please. But unfortunately for what I wanted done she was neither experienced enough or honest enough to admit she could not do it or that she could not work with my grade of hair so what I ended up with was a cut that was shorter on one side than the other and the back was not what I asked for but I allowed myself to be talked into accepting what she did because she claimed to know better than me. When I expressed my displeasure the later I was told they would not be open again for 3 more days so instead of waiting I asked for a partial refund. This way I could go else where, but was told they undercharged me and no monies would be refunded. They under priced their own work but were upset with me, offered to trim my hair but only when they could fit me in. Then later said they would not be willing to fix what they had done. Lots of miscommunication between owners, and limited experience left me very dissatisfied not so much with the work but with the service. If you can not do what the costumer asks for, BE HONEST, if the price was quoted wrong, BE HONEST AND CORRECT IT, do not make the customer feel like they are taking advantage of you. Also if something comes up like a family emergency and you need to reschedule please just let the person know. What was suppose to be a special outing for my Mother's birthday turned into a disappointing, rushed, guilt laden afternoon at DIVINITY SALON. And if you would like to see a picture pm me and I will send you one like I sent them one and told I did it.
Don't know what others had problems with but i loved my experience here. Justin is great! I don't get my nails done often because i get very anxious about thing's like this but when i walked into Image Nails they were so friendly my anxiety disappeared. My nails look great and i couldn't have been happier with the customer service. They have a deal right now on hot stone pedicures that sounds awesome! Don't miss out! Oh and there is a price list right on the wall like most salons.
I love John John n his wife very attentive, funnY, great prices, very knowledgeable and always in tuned with what's trending now. His wife does an amazing pedicure and John will tell you what's healthy or not for your nails. They are definitely way better than hill crest shopping center maul ship next to tj max ,they get 2 thumbs up n a Big toe lol. See ya soon
I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years. Today, I am looking for a new nail place. After being told I could be taken at my appointment time, I traveled almost 20 minutes on my lunch counting on that. Only to arrive to find that the person scheduled to do my nail appointment was only about halfway through the current manicure. Which meant that I would wait another 15 minutes. I traveled there for nothing. And I have an event tonight to go to. So I walked out. They did not call to apologize, nor has anyone tried to make it right. That's what being a loyal customer gets you now. Very sad. I really did like that place :(
Was there for the first time on Monday. Mani/pedi for $28. I had the french manicure and today I took it off as it was already peeling. I now notice my nails are not filed evenly. My right hand all the nails are lower on one side. Was the older woman that did them. I won't go back.
Toe HELL! Horrible place! Employees' children running around crying and screaming. Scheduled appointments are left waiting while staff watches TV. Too lazy to do nail art, just refuses. Staff making calls and talking on their speaker phone while servicing clients. Three hours later the polish smears!! Money is better off being flushed down the toilet.
