Dialogue on the phone (twice) did not impress me, and definitely annoyed me... BUT the cab driver I had was so kind. After having a terrible day, my frustration quickly dissipated while speaking with him. Interpersonal relationships are important and while that connection didn't exist via phone call, the individual driving made up for it.
This place is ridiculous, In a small town with a population of 20,000 at least 70-80% of them own a vehicle. The remaining 30-40% depends on cabs and bus to get around. Well sometimes you just cant get the bus to where it is that you need to go so here I am probably going to miss another Dr. Apt because I have 5 people ahead of me??? Why is there only one driver????? Shouldn't there be at least 3 or 4 at a time, you never know how far one of those people will need to go. The last time I had 3 people in front of me I had to wait an hour and 25 mins..... So yeah, pretty sure this will be another reschedule.
Terrible. Cabs take to long to get to me and are to expensive to take every day. Get more drivers and lower your cost per mile. Those prices and waiting time are to long and to ridiculous.
The guy was alright he just got bad luck cuz he said his wife left him for a fatty and his dog died all in the same day of course he's probably gonna be bitter I would be if my life sucked that bad.
Dispatchers are extremely rude. Drivers are ok. You'll know if a driver answers the phone because they're courteous. You ask them to be there around a certain time, dispatcher says call when you're ready. But when you "call when you're ready" they don't show up. HEY there's a reason for "time calls" - it's because people got to be somewhere at a specific "time" !! Don't EVER ride with another person. It's 4.25 to get in and 3.30 a mile.
