Best Window & Door Company

Not impressed. Had sales rep out to give me a quote on replacing 12 windows and possibly a sliding door. Only took some notes and said he would call me with the quote. After a week, no quote, called rep. Asked me if I heard from his manager since he gave the quote to him. Told rep I would send him and email, to reply to it with the quote. NO REPLY, NO QUOTE, NO PHONE CALL. I think he knew he couldn't compete against WIndow World. Told the rep before he left I had a quote from Window World and was going to get another also. Guess Best Window can't compete against others.

I am in the middle of having a job done on my home. Takes extremely long to get anything started first off. But then I was blindsided by the fact they did not offer me the 0% interest stated in the commercial and I was not offered the buy one get one window special they offer either. They quoted me at full retail price to see if I would ask about the BOGO!?!?!?! Way to sneaky for me and I have no trust in the company. How can you say you serve the area when the people who call you are being taken advantage of them all????????????!!!!!!!!!!!! BUT on the other hand the work is very impressive

VERY, VERY expensive!!!! You have to be rich...or stupid to buy from them.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of the windows I purchased. It made a huge difference in my energy bill.
