I would like to leave no stars. Their cable is crap. The new boxes we are required to use are a joke. We will be switching to a satellite co.
when they give a customer an extention for a couple days they should tell you that they only give one extention EVER! So if you REALLY need one for a week or two your screwed. And they dont care about any circumstances. VERY unpersonable people.
There's not much you can do except go to satellite but there no better, ABB could care less about the FCC and there license to operate it's been 6 months since we had to file a formal complaint against them and they have ignored the FCC! there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow when they are handed the fines and have to reimburse us for the discounts they refuse to give us under law for owning our own equipment, if you are Tivo user or have a Cable Card Tuner don't expect to save any money until they are taught to respect the law. They had the nerve to call about our bill today and I told them my wife was in the hospital with a heart issue and this was the first bill we were late on since we had service over 3 years!!!!! I was told that the account will be noted that I was informed! shows how they really care about there customers they only care about $$$$ Bottom line find another way to get cable if you can!!!!
