I went to the Johnstown, NY store on Monday, April 24, 2107 to get a pack of American Spirit cigarettes and I went to the drive-thru. I figured after the lady was done with the customer inside, she would wait on me next. She didn't, she walked away from the window and waited on another customer. Then a different employee came over to the scratch off tickets and was apparently doing inventory. I said, "hello", waited a few second, said "excuse me" still no answer from her. I then said "hello" a little louder and she finally turned around. I asked if anyone was gonna help me, and she gave me this mean look and said, "she's with another customer", and then she turned around, then she closed the drive-thru window on me.When, yet another employee came to the window. I asked her what COLOR boxes of that brand do they have on the shelf. She proceeded to tell me a few of the colors. I said "I'll take the red one." Well, the red one they only have in a pouch. This time, the lady doing the scratch off tickets butted into the conversation. She asked me if I wanted mild, regular or light flavor. I told her "I don't care what flavor the cigs are, I just want to know what color boxes they have." Then I was told "I'm afraid we can't wait on you" and proceeded to shut the drive-thru window on me AGAIN. If I was alone I would of sat there until they called the police on me. You do not refuse to sell to a customer. I called the corporate head quarters to report this store. I was told they were going to investigate this and give me a call tomorrow. I sure hope they do because I was livid when I drove away. They were so lucky I wasn't alone and they didn't have to call the police on me. I was doing nothing wrong. All I wanted to know was "WHAT COLOR BOXES THEY HAD AVAILABLE." I have been receiving coupons from the American Spirit company and have been trying to get a box of each flavor/color they sell, that is why I needed to know the color of the boxes the store had available.
