They were friendly but ...After installing my clutch, my hill holder (which is connected to the clutch) immediately started locking up. I called and left a message about my problem but after a couple weeks I realized they had no intention to call back. I dropped it off to have them look at it and I explained the problem, they said they would look at it that same day and get back with me. After 1 week without hearing from them I called but got no answer so a left a message. No one returned my call so I drove by and they were just getting to it. After asking for more info. about the problem they told me they would look at it and call me by the end of the day (Friday). End of the day came and no call. Monday, when I go to pick it up they give me a $75 bill - no warning, no call to verify whether I want them to do new work or ask if I would accept the charge, no explanation as to whether they caused the issue when they did the clutch work. They got my money but lost my business.
I knew my vehicle needed some work & dropped off for an inspection . I appreciate they took time to explain the repairs, send me pictures & did not pressure me toward any outcome. They did the most needed repairs first, to work with my budget, and helped me gauge what's next & when so I can schedule at my convenience . Very happy with this place!
First off who ever the male person was working the counter whether it was a manager or owner needs to check the attitude and temperament. I went in to ask if they would install my parts so that I could keep the parts warranty in my name in case I move and I acknowledge myself that I knew there would be no warranty on the labor. He said ok and that he would, but as he started making time on labor notes I called him out on his figures because I had this work done a few times already in the past ( I guess maybe he was trying to make up for loosing money on the parts I don't know) and he got very upset and angry with me and said he did not want to do the work now.So I express that I was going to share with others on how his actions were with me today and he got furious and walked out to me at my car with a confrontation stance and a statement that we would meet again somewhere and we would finish this another way (Not saying what but you got what was implied).
I truly love this repair shop! They are very friendly and courteous. They call and keep you informed of what they are doing to your vehicle. I would recommend them to everyone. As a matter of fact I do!!! Price ain't bad either....just saying.

I like to support local businesses and have found this one to be the BEST in consistent customer sevice! Their mechanics are the best in the area from my experience, as is the management who seeks to get the best deal for the customer, while making sure repairs are to our satisfaction. I have found them to go the exta mile on several occasions! While it may seem you are getting a better cost on tires at the big stores, when you factor in the continuous alignments and rotations you get, as well as warranties, you can't beat Humble Tire! Support local small businesses! It is what the USA is made of! They also honor local police officers and veterans by giving discounts! Respect!
My car had been missing for some time, after several tune ups later I take my car to have it looked at and was told what the problem was. (nothing major). I was recommended to Stanleys by a friend. I already had got an estimate to what it would cost to fix it from the other place. As I am telling the lady about my car, what its doing, who already told me whats wrong with it and what they said it will cost, I leave it with them. They call me and say I need to fix this on ur car since we already have the motor broke down, I said ok, I get my car back after 4 days! They did not tell me they are closed on Sat, I Drive it down the road and it STILL is doing the same thing! They charged me almost 1000.00. When I told them its still missing, they said OH you didn't tell us what it was doing, I said Yes I did and it should be in your computer because I told the lady working it! I will never go back and will never recommend them to anyone, and did they offer to make it good? YES WITH MORE MONEY, their excuse just like Ponders, "well that needed fixing anyway"
This place sucks don't take you care there. The car lot I bought my car from took it there to do some repairs during the 7 day warranty time didn't get it back for a month when I do get it back they said they did all this stuff to it and only see one thing actually replaced and they messed with my breaks do no reason at all to have them not put in properly and they witched caused a crap load of rattle then threw my calipers out due it it they charged the car lot 250 alone to replace the pads to cost us another 150 to replace their mess up not to mention they also charged them 175 for a starter they didn't even replace they are a rip off don't let them mess up your car to
Took my money. But we almost didn't make it home. The closer to home we got, the worse it ran. When we complained, they said, "We got it running, and it wasn't hen it was towed in." Don't bother, unless you enjoy giving money away and praying you make it home.
