This dealership constantly lied to my husband and I. The owner, salesman, finance manager, and woman who answers the phone all lied to us. We purchased a vehicle that the owner agreed to fix after it broke down the 3rd day we had it. They had our vehicle for 28 days. It still was not fixed and the salesman called my husband and said we HAD to remove it from their lot. We were forced to let the car to back to the finance company. The owner called me and asked me to let him know what we owed after auction and he would work with us to pay it off. I sent him a letter, texted him and he has promised numerous times to call me to discuss and he never has. This has been going on for 6 months. Shrek's is the best!! Everyone there is super patient, friendly, and experienced! They will do whatever it takes to get you on the road in the car of your dreams! My new car is awesome, has low miles, and will take me where I need to go for a long time!! If Shrek, Jake, Todd, and Ronnie can't get you done.. No one can!!
I bought a car from them, but never again. Within 24 hours of my purchase, I was having issues. I live in Kingsport, TN and due to the nature of the issues with the car, went to a local mechanic. I talked to the salesman, Shane, many times and he was nice, but the company would not reimburse me for the issues that we discovered (catalytic converter and electrical work, which they new before the car sale yet did not disclose), they did disclose the need for an O2 sensor and I was OK with replacing this myself. The issues caused an unsafe car to be on the road. Parkway Auto state honesty and integrity, but I did not see the integrity. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the BBB stated that they would not talk to them. And they recommend I take legal action, which I may. I would not buy a vehicle from them
VERY DISSATISFIED WITH EXPERIENCE. We bought a car from this Sweeney's and it began having engine problems almost immediately. After spending a grand on repairs we had to send it back to Sweeney's for them to fix it. We didn't see the car for SEVEN MONTHS. We finally make the last payment and what do they give us!? A car with half the engine sitting in the back seat and no car battery. They didn't even bother putting on the front grill! Now they are refusing to offer even a partial refund and say they can only offer in-house credit - as if I would buy another car from this place after the show of care I've seen. Please beware this place and do not let them take your money!

Rented a car twice in one week from enterprise. The first time the service was great and the guy helping me made it smooth and easy. The second time the ladies only concern was about up selling. She wasted our time and tried adding on over $100 to our bill. She did not tell us the final price and once we asked she played dumb and acted like there were no other options. We told her we talked to someone on the phone who quoted half the price and she still tried to convince us we needed to pay double. She then lowered the price to an amount still higher than what we were quoted and again wasted more of our time. We finally got the price we were quoted on the phone after a long back and forth. We left unhappy and disappointed. All of the others at enterprise we dealt with receive 5 stars. I give her 1 star. Stop wasting peoples time and money.
I reserved a standard size SUV for our family vacation to Florida. Seth was very helpful over the phone. When I arrived, I finished the paperwork and took possession of the vehicle, a Jeep Compass. My 16 yr old son who had driven me, followed me to the nearest gas station to fill up. Upon looking at the vehicle, we realized it was not as big as we thought it would be. My two sons are both over 6 feet tall, and our family of four needed to pack everything we'd need for a 7 day vacation. I called back and spoke to Ari, the lady who had helped us at the desk. When I explained our dilemma, she said to bring the vehicle back and she would exchange it for a mini van. I was concerned about the price difference, but she gave us a decent deal. The minivan looked like it had just been returned, as it was quite dusty and the interior needed a wipe-down and there was only a quarter of a tank of gas, but we were relieved to have a bigger vehicle, so we didn't complain. Overall, good service!
My rental was reserved for noon, I had a Dr's appointment at 1 so picking up the car and going the 10 miles to the Dr in 45 to 60 min no brainer. Car reserved arrived about 5 till 12, completed counter work by 12:10, Excellent at this point then were told they had to get the car ready, MY reservation was for noon pick up why not ready. Car was not ready till 12:51 causing me to miss appointment. My advice if it is important to get your car on time you might want to go in a day in advance and take care of paperwork and let them KNOW it must be ready, otherwise prepare to wait.
