I love their food. Best hamburger steak in east Tennessee. Great waitresses and waiters. Nice clean place to eat. Great atmosphere. If they had one in Elizabethton, I would want to eat there at least once a week, if not more.

excellent restaurant. Had the ribs for lunch and they give you 1/2 rack for only $10.99. They were the best ribs I have ever had! The BBQ sauce was good and the sides were perfect too! Cole slaw was homeade and fresh and service was also excellent. Atmosphere was beautiful too. Can't think of anything bad about this place. I could eat there every day!

My food was cold and wasn't what was pictured on the menu, but the waitress was very kind and helpful.

I thought you can get fried chicken country food at the Cracker Barrel they got bullcrap flat chicken patty that was the worst meal I ever add the potatoes with cold a green beans with greezy the corn muffins with button muffins it was some kind of corn bread roll together I don't know what it was but it was awful I will never go back back again then on top of that they had to go back and cook my phone my chicken again cuz it wasn't done then I brought it back and I don't a tile trim some of food and I answer the charge me for the bread and tomato and lettuce I'm glad I did that for the onion and then charlie 23 and 24 dollar by I'll be Squire cuz they ain't right

When this place first opened, it was AMAZING! However, now its just average at best. They are really bad about not keeping your drinks refilled and they don't keep up with the buffet very well. I know no business wants to waste food but when your food gets old and disgusting CHANGE IT FOR HEAVENS SAKE! They used to have meatloaf which was one of the few things I really liked there but not anymore. They seldom have crab legs and when they do they serve them on ice! GROSS! Who wants to eat cold crab legs? Sometimes its a little better than others but since I live in Bristol, if this place doesn't significantly improve ASAP, my family and I will stop making the drive down there and go back to eating at Min Dynasty in Bristol!

This is a tad unusual, but I have to ask. I am offering a $500.00 reward for a long cotton patch work coat that was covered with sequins, embroidery, tiny fake mirrors, and it was reversible that was a solid brownish color. I am hoping maybe some one visiting there at the time might remember it. This has been at least two years ago. But, I thought maybe a long time employee might remember it or a frequent customer, because if you saw it you would not forget its uniqueness. It was my daughter's who has since passed away. It was not an expensive coat, but it meant a lot to me. Thank you. Have a blessed day.
