I have been going here for over 20 years. Staff (Pam) and others always kind and prompt. Extreamly fair on pricing. Does the insurance for us. Honest and thorough. Always explains every move. I grew up In a dentist office, dad was a dentist, I have trusted John and tonja for all my family and have recommended him to friends and will continue. Kim in cleaning is great. Not one single issue ever. Can't understand how above person walks away from a 20 year relationship over one thing or miss understanding. Very shallow of them. I HIGHLY RECOMEND UDA.

We have been patients as a family for 22 years and never had bad experience until recently. My co-worker hadn't been to them in years and called when she lost a filling yesterday and they worked her today. But my family had an appt scheduled for a filling for weeks and was in the chair for 60 seconds, told he had to see the hygienist for cleaning and xrays and sent on his way. Very rude and disrespectful, no offer to xray or explanation. He can't take pain meds so left in pain with hurt feelings. He said he'd never been treated that way in his life. I read one other review about a new DDS there that was unpleasant as well. When we asked what happened that we had made an appt for a filling we were told it was just to look at the tooth, and they had no good explanation. We got him in to see another DDS next week that will fill his tooth on first visit. The receptionist blamed everyone else and the DDS didn't even check to make sure there was no abcess. So disappointed. Sad indeed.
