"Very Impressive Operation". I purchased an Oreck Magnesium vacuum cleaner as well as the Oreck Ultimate handheld vacuum cleaner. Both items were "price matched". In other words - I received the best price in the marketplace. Every "official dealer" on Amazon was price matched. The store owner and her son helped explain the features and benefits of each product to me. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The Magnesium was shipped from the factory and arrived in a couple of days. I appreciated the follow-up calls as well. The Magnesium purchase also includes tune-ups over a 5 year period. I was happy to hear that the store does its own tune-ups and repairs. I highly recommend this Oreck Store dealership to everyone. I was treated with respect!

Bought my second Miele from them a few days ago - best purchase I ever made! It is quieter than my old one (bought it in '98). They service my mom's Oreck every year and are usually pretty fast and and only quote what she needs if anything. I have done business here many years and they always have the neatest housewarming gifts for my clients (I am a realtor).
I rarely if ever review stores. I drove here from Unicoi specifically to buy a vacuum bag for my nutone central vac. They actually had it (i think-- more on that in a minute), so i guess I should give them credit for that. But the cashier was an older gentleman who tried to tell me it didn't have a part or model number (of course it did-- he wouldn't open the bag to check), so I couldn't check to see if it was the same as my old bag. This was annoying but a minor inconvenience-- I was going to buy it anyway and take my chances. But then I pull out my debit card and the guy actually said, "I can't take that. I don't know how the credit card system works. Sorry." So he had the ability to take it, he just literally didn't know how to use the computer. Which is forgivable, I guess, but why was he the cashier? Just a poorly run business.
