My mom and I stopped by Johnson City Honda with the intention of browsing and getting a basic look at pricing and options a few days ago. My 2004 Alero had been great for me but was beginning to have interior problems with the carpet, dashboard glue, and some minor dents and dings on the body. Right as we got on the lot, I noticed a couple interesting coupes but for whatever reasons, whethter it was the unusual color or the sleekness, but the metallic bronze Civic called to me. Sales associate Chris Lewis, came out and was so polite from the very start. He offered a test drive and I immediately accepted. He was even courteous enough to let my mom sit upfront and he took the back. He guided me through a road that was perfect for testing the suspension but still yet without a lot of traffic. I tested a coupe but decided I liked the curve stability of the sedan a bit better, oddly enough. I fell in love with the sedan Civic and we went in the office to discuss options. I told Mr. Lewis payment information and he negotiated finance to a very reasonable number as we had hoped. He did exactly what he had said and also worked hard to get a decent trade-in value on my old car. He was very cordial and explained everything we asked and if he didn't know, he always came back to the desk with the proper information. Needless to say, I am now in a Civic and loving it. Chad Lewis is an awesome sales representative, a very friendly person, and definitely an asset to Honda and customers alike.
I have never been to a dealership and didn't feel pressure from a salesmen but Johnson City Ford is so much different. Saturday afternoon me and my wife was looking at cars all day long I decided to drop by Johnson City Ford and see what they had and the car salesman Nick came to us and shook our hand and introduced himself and asked us how we were doing like he knew us forever. We explained what our situation was and we were just looking to buy later sometime. We first were just looking for my wife we test drove a 2017 escape love while sitting down and working on financing we got a 2017 escape with the best interest rate we have ever got and I mentioned that I would be looking to trade my current vehicle in because I had negative equate they said the were possibly able to get me at a 0% interest rate so after test driving a 2016 Fusion I knew what I wanted and went back in after signing paperwork for my wife and signed paperwork with 0% financing with my trade-in and negative equity.

The only downside of this vehicle purchase (so far) was that I could have received a little less interest rate had I used my own means of financing.
What I love best is this not a "high pressure" business. They employees ask if you need help but don't persist. I was able to walk around, look at all the cars and when i found the ones I was interested in I just simply asked if I could look at them. Both salesmen were extremely polite and answered all of my questions. After they copied my license I was able to test drive. The process of buying was very easy and even pretty fast. I would highly recommend Super Cars! They have super clean cars with really good prices. I can't imagine why anyone would ever give this Car Lot a bad review. It was a pleasure dealing with Johnson City Honda when I bought a new CRV recently. The salesperson, Max Hrenda, was excellent. He did not pressure my wife or me. We test drove several vehicles and even came back to test drive for a second and third time. He got us a great deal on the new car and also a excellent trade-in of our old car. In addition, I found Wayne, the lot supervisor, to be easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about the whole experience. Everyone was outstanding and easy to work with.
