Terrible service. Terrible sales team. Everyone will try and rip you off. It seems like the sales people and the finance people both have no idea what is going on. Also, its convenient that they keep changing the name of the store to try and mask past bad reviews.
I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership recently and have honestly never been treated so rude in my whole car buying experience. Darrell Thompson, one of the Product Specialist at this dealership is without a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever had any dealings with, period. The owner of this dealership should strongly consider his employment there. I say this because when I told them what I was willing to pay to purchase a particular vehicle I wanted he said he would get with his manager and then call me back. Darrell called me back in a reasonable time and told me to come on down he would have the vehicle up front waiting on me as they were able to do the deal as I proposed as long as my trade was as clean as I described (which I totally understand). I almost started to go there but decided to call him back before I did just in case there was a breakdown in communication. As you can imagine there was a huge breakdown in communication. I had told him earlier on the phone that I was interested in the 0% financing and I understood that I could not get the $2,500 rebate with it. So, I called him back to make sure the deal we were going to do was for the 0% financing. He went on to say there is no way we can sell you that car for that with 0% and that they could get me financed with someone else for the rest. I explained that I did not want to pay interest and that is when he really started in: asking what the big deal was, and why I was so hung up on the 0% financing. He was such a jerk. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the exact same vehicle at a different dealership within 25 miles or so. It's a shame when you are trying to purchase something, especially a car, you should not have to put up with this kind of crap. Again I want to stress that this dealership truly disgraces the Nissan company name. And by the way, I did purchase the exact same vehicle I wanted at the other dealership for nearly $2,000 less than the best Tri-Cites could do.
Were driving our Subaru cross county when hit a large cement cinderblock on highway near Wallace Subaru. Took it in for check over at Wallace Subaru, expecting a long delay because we did not have an appointment. The dealership had plenty of service folks working to help the people ahead of us and then took us. Super, super friendly and polite. Looked over the car, drove it, topped off fluids, checked for anything else that could be a problem on our trip back to Boston. All done in about one hour. Refused any payment! I sure wish our local Subaru dealer was like Wallace.
I have done business at Wallace for 11 years. They have always done right by me. Wallace Service Department is the best. They get my car in and out. I have never had trouble with getting an appointment or have to worry about it taking too much time. They are always accommodating and considerate of my time. I have sent many friends to Wallace for service and they are just as satisfied. Thanks Wallace and keep up the good work.
I have been a loyal Wallace customer for over 7 years. There are few businesses that treat me with the professionalism and customer service as does Wallace. Service work recently completed was done on time as promised and within the expected cost. Service Manager Barry did a great job in explaining the whys and wherefores of the work to be done. I would not hesitate to recommend a friend to Wallace!!
We bought a 2015 scion, had a headlight out and was told to bring it in and they would check it out. I pulled the bulb myself and saw it was blown and told the salesman and then he recommended I buy one myself for $40. The money isn't the issue, it's that you would think this would had been inspected and dealt with by the dealership. I would not recommend this dealership.
My wife and I had a bad experience. We went to purchase a bike and it was not what we thought. The salesperson would not negotiate on the price and did not even try to sale us an alternate bike when we would not pay the price he wanted, he walked away. We will not be going back ever. In our opinion, don't waste your time - find another dealer and get the customer service you deserve.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The 'master mechanics' do not know what is going on. Our 1.5 year old car is going back again today to be worked on for the 4th time today in 6 months for transmission failure. Random lights came on and one of the techs even told my husband he didn't know it 'had that light on it'. We also had problems with one of the salesmen right after this purchase when we were trying to purchase another vehicle (obviously before these issues). He didn't want our trade. Courtesy Subaru in Kingsport beat their best deal (by 2,500) and took our trade saving us thousands!! See ya Wallace! As soon as our warranty is out on the piece of junk you sold us so are we!
Horrible! Me and my wife purchased a car from there almost new and ever since we've had nothing but problems with it!! We take it up there and they always say nothing is wrong with it and refuse to fix it yet it keeps messing up and we were lied to about it being in an accident previously and had to find out from another dealership telling us when they checked the report! Awful customer service!
