Something on their machine came loose halfway through the wash. Destroyed my tire and wheel. Their little manager refused to accept any responsibility although they all saw it happen. He stood there and insulted my intelligence telling me that the damage was already there as if I was trying to get them to fix something that was already damaged on my 3 week old Lexus. These people do not deserve your business . if you have a car you care about don't go there you will regret it when a $20 Car Wash turns into $400 you have to pay yourself because these people are too selfish greedy and deceptive to own up to what their crappy car wash machine does to your tires and wheels.
Worst car wash EVER. Was up sold for tire shine and undercarriage wash - tires, and the rest of car, still visibly dirty after car wash (no shine on tires what so ever). Was also talked into RainX which obviously was never applied. RIP OFF !
The attendant allowed my vehicle to go through the wash With hot wax knowing that he could not remove some tar which was on the car. The wax then SET the wax so it could not be removed without dealership help. The attendant informed me that it was tar that was on my car before I went through the wash. What I cannot understand is why he didn't tell me about it and why he would allow it to go through the wax. Now I understand their signs claiming no liability.
I paid $30 for VIP with new car smell, and was expecting my car to actually be clean. I waited for 1.5 hours for my car, and yet my cup holders and many other spots on my car had not even been touched. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will not be coming back.
this place is awesome. We have been going there for 7 years and have always been happy. Everyone looks happy and they work very hard when its cold or hot they do a great job. I believe you get more than what you pay for.
Horrible manager. Absolutely horrible customer service. I went there for the first time today on the reccommendation of a friend to have the VIP car wash/interior service on my car. When it was returned to me I drove home. When I got home and took my groceries out of the passenger seat (one bag with a Christmas present in it) I noticed the entire seat was soaked. Not damp, not moist, thoroughly soaked. I called the manager who asked his employees what happened and they denied it. Managers response to me: sorry, they said they didn't do it though. I will NEVER return and would advise others to do the same.
I visited Mark's car wash today because I needed a quick wash due to the construction on Hwy 36. Normally I would wash it myself, but I had no quarters so I paid $8 for the Works Package and literally all I got was a window washing. I came home and my car was just as dirty as it was when I went through. The only difference was my car was wet! Never going back! So mad that I wasted money on that place.
Out of over six car washes I have used in Johnson City, this is by far the worse one. Not only did the automatic wash not give me a receipt when I asked for one(it offered), but it didn't get the dirt off the car or even rinse the soap off all the way. I keep my car pretty clean so it wasn't that dirty. Just drove it in the rain one day and tried to wash the grime off the next. Brand new car so clear coat is good. It just didn't get it clean. I used several towels to wipe off soap and water(a lot) from the car("dryer" went over car 3 times and it was still wet!!) and the towels where filthy. Wasted $10. Car wash was also not taken car of well. Lots of mud in do it yourself bays as well as mud caked on brushes.
