We were there to buy my little sister a car. The management team kept us on the hook, "looking for the keys" to that car for a couple of hours after we arrived, until they sold the vehicle to an elderly couple that arrived about 15 minutes after us to look at the same car. Even the elderly woman acknowledged that they were second in line to us to buy the car. We were constantly told that the keys could not be found and that even if they were, the vehicle could not be moved until the service dept. inspected it. We were told too, that we would have to put up a "$500 non-refundable" deposit until the car went through the service dept. before we could buy it, which we were prepared to do. While, all the time, they were working on a deal with the elderly couple. The salesman, Jon, told us several times that the car could not be financed through the dealership's lenders. We told him every time he mentioned it that we did not need financing. Miraculously, they found the keys and moved the vehicle out for the elderly couple. We've bought vehicles from that location before. That was before it was AutoNation. We have a 2014 Compass and a 2013 Grand Cherokee. But the way we were treated this time, we won't be buying from them again. We were lied to, and I believe discriminated against. I was sorely embarrassed at the way their team (Gary Hudgins-General Manager, Dustin Ritchie-ECOM Sales Specialist and Jon ? the salesperson) treated my little sister.

My husband and I went there a few weeks ago after several phone calls and asking questions. We were told as long as we had 500 to put down and had a job, we would be approved. We even discussed the details of our situation and how my husband does not have much credit, but we were reassured it wouldn’t even be an issue. We even called before making the hour and a half trip to make sure because I am 9 months pregnant and we desperately needed a SUV and didn’t want to waste our time. We spend all day there being reassured everything was going great, just for them to tell us they would need atleast 2500 down or they couldn’t do anything for us. Then he said the inventory was low and promised to call back the next Tuesday when they got more cars in. We have heard nothing and I am now a week away from my due date with no car because we put our faith in that awful place.
This dealership constantly lied to my husband and I. The owner, salesman, finance manager, and woman who answers the phone all lied to us. We purchased a vehicle that the owner agreed to fix after it broke down the 3rd day we had it. They had our vehicle for 28 days. It still was not fixed and the salesman called my husband and said we HAD to remove it from their lot. We were forced to let the car to back to the finance company. The owner called me and asked me to let him know what we owed after auction and he would work with us to pay it off. I sent him a letter, texted him and he has promised numerous times to call me to discuss and he never has. This has been going on for 6 months. I've never been treated with such respect at a car dealership. I am in love with this place. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel like family!! Jake was awesome, and I will for sure be a repeat buyer.
Shrek's is the best!! Everyone there is super patient, friendly, and experienced! They will do whatever it takes to get you on the road in the car of your dreams! My new car is awesome, has low miles, and will take me where I need to go for a long time!! If Shrek, Jake, Todd, and Ronnie can't get you done.. No one can!!

I attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership recently and have honestly never been treated so rude in my whole car buying experience. Darrell Thompson, one of the Product Specialist at this dealership is without a doubt one of the rudest people I have ever had any dealings with, period. The owner of this dealership should strongly consider his employment there. I say this because when I told them what I was willing to pay to purchase a particular vehicle I wanted he said he would get with his manager and then call me back. Darrell called me back in a reasonable time and told me to come on down he would have the vehicle up front waiting on me as they were able to do the deal as I proposed as long as my trade was as clean as I described (which I totally understand). I almost started to go there but decided to call him back before I did just in case there was a breakdown in communication. As you can imagine there was a huge breakdown in communication. I had told him earlier on the phone that I was interested in the 0% financing and I understood that I could not get the $2,500 rebate with it. So, I called him back to make sure the deal we were going to do was for the 0% financing. He went on to say there is no way we can sell you that car for that with 0% and that they could get me financed with someone else for the rest. I explained that I did not want to pay interest and that is when he really started in: asking what the big deal was, and why I was so hung up on the 0% financing. He was such a jerk. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing the exact same vehicle at a different dealership within 25 miles or so. It's a shame when you are trying to purchase something, especially a car, you should not have to put up with this kind of crap. Again I want to stress that this dealership truly disgraces the Nissan company name. And by the way, I did purchase the exact same vehicle I wanted at the other dealership for nearly $2,000 less than the best Tri-Cites could do.
Were driving our Subaru cross county when hit a large cement cinderblock on highway near Wallace Subaru. Took it in for check over at Wallace Subaru, expecting a long delay because we did not have an appointment. The dealership had plenty of service folks working to help the people ahead of us and then took us. Super, super friendly and polite. Looked over the car, drove it, topped off fluids, checked for anything else that could be a problem on our trip back to Boston. All done in about one hour. Refused any payment! I sure wish our local Subaru dealer was like Wallace.
