Front end, is not so pleasant and personable. Office is often quite busy and customers, especially over the phone, are not treated as courteous. If you are in need of emergency appointment or something soon, this office is not the one.
My son's glasses broke and needed the prescription to get new glasses, called and spoke with Bernice and she was quite unpleasant and offered no help with situation (even though I had scheduled a new eye appt which is 1 month from now). She didn't offer to make an eye prescription exception/extension because my son's glasses broke. Things happen and because it didn't fall within the time frame my son should not suffer. Possibly if they had emergency time set up during the day for customers like this my son would be able to get in sooner. Not this place. I asked for the old prescription and she provided me with a copy and her hand written, marker EXPIRED. Your deviance, pernicious is duly noted! The eye place I have an appointment with requests the current (or old in my case) prescription and she made it a point to cause me embarrassment as they could plainly see from the date that it would be calculated expired.
Dr. Pisanchyn is a pleasure though. It's too bad we will not be returning here for future visits.
