AGL Heating & Air

I had specially arranged to work from home today to be here for an emergency appointment made for this morning (my AC wasn't working at all, no air coming out). The "company" (Lowcountry Refrigeration) I had the appointment with did not show up during the arranged time. They also did not call. Fast forward 3 1/2 hours later, 3 phone calls FROM me TO them (2 no answers w/left msgs, 1 "I'll call you back w/updated time" -didn't- and finally an answered with unacceptable "solution") and I was desperate, called a couple of places that couldn't get to me until at least next week and finally called AGL (located literally in front of my neighborhood). Originally, they were able to come out first thing Friday morning, which was awesome! Then SURPRISE, I get a call about 10-15 minutes later, one of the techs finished earlier on a job than expected and could get to me in 20 minutes!!! Chris got here, checked the AC, diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and had it completely fixed all within 30-35 minutes for a TOTALLY reasonable price. AGL has by business for LIFE!! They saved me today!!! I've already arranged for them to begin my bi-annual maintenance. I can NOT sing their praises enough!! THANK YOU Chris, Jada and Becky!!!

I was happy working with these guys. The girl on the phone was very nice and the service man was very welcoming. I am happy that I found them and happy to review.

I've been super impressed by the service that AGL Services has provided. Richard kept me informed every step of the way. The initial quote was given within a couple of hours of my call, it was thorough, competitive and professional.

After installation, the site was cleaned up, my plants had been given careful treatment and 6 months later when the free service call was due, Richard called to remind me of it. I can not say enough good things about this company.
