I called because my insurance carrier told me a list of names to call for an eye appointment. From the 1st second I was on the phone with the Receptionist, she was SO RUDE!!!!!!!! Every single thing she said during the entire conversation, from not listening to my question to not listening to me as I was answering her questions, to not getting my name and asking me VERY RUDELY for my last name after I had already given her my name... Through my asking her prices STILL BEING RUDE to me... To my last statement which was, ok I am going to call someone else because you are being too aggressive and she said, OKAAAAAY BYYYYEEE even aggressively. I am calling my insurance company to report this business and I am a Web Marketing Manager all over Google that is going to post this review here on Google as well as across my blogs and review sites because this is completely 100% unprofessional and not right.
