Please do not shop at this location!!!!. This Tmobile store and its sales representatives participate in the misleading and deliberate lies, so that they he may secure additional purchases from unaware customers so that the sales rep may receive a commission on the sale of that additional purchase. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy s9 and was told I qualified for a promotional deal in which I could receive a speaker free of charge. I was assured it was free promotion and even showed me something I didn't understand on her computer screen. After a month and on my first bill after my purchase, I noticed I was being charged for the speaker on a payment plan I didnt agree to. The store informed me that because i was past the 30 days of purchase, there was nothing they could do. And they would not return or credit me. The store wouldn't even explain how this "promotion" work or if there was a promotion to begin with. I tried to explain that I believe the sales rep. purposely added the speaker with as a payment plan so I would be charged and she may received her percent of the commission for the purchase.This store works on commission from items sold afte a phone is purchased. I believe this sales rep intentionally mislead and purposively lied to me so that I may purchase this speaker and she may receive Commission.Dont be like me, please make sure you understand how their " promotional deals" work before you sign.
It would be very unfair if I didn't give a litttle credit. The ONLY person that seem to help in this store was a gentlemen by name of Henry Hall who wasn't even the manager of the store. Everyone else was very unproffessional; even the store manager. When I asked to speak to her or him; pretty much refuse to talk to me by making an excuse that they were using the bathroom. When I was willing to wait, the gentlemen Henry had to pretty much talk for their manager. I waited a whole MONTH for a phone to be replaced. It should have never taken so long in the first place. They informed me it would take only 3 to 5 business days and that wasn't the case at all. Luckily the only person to actually seemed to care was the gentlemen Henry Hall. Anytime I called or emailed him; he was always very responsive. So I have to thank him because he did tried to go out of his way to help me as much as he could. I would recommend for NO ONE to go to this store. You are supposed to work as a team, and if this is how they work; they are making SPRINT look very unprofessional. Dont waste your time there! Once again, thank you Henry; you were the only one who cared to help. Hope you leave this store soon, to better things. You dont deserve to work with such colleagues, that don't care one bit.
My iPhone 6 Plus was cracked for a awhile hoping to get cheaper price.Then someone referred me to this place and I was told I would get 10% if I call. I called and showed up , my phone was fixed in less than 20 minutes on the spot.i loved the service and the new screen working is well , no complains. Thanks guys !
Terrible. They lied and continue to do so. First they gave me the wrong phone then, they made me pay a second deposit for another phone that supposedly i was going to receive in the mail in 5 to 7 business days... Now the MANAGER is saying 6 weeks for the check, when she was the one that told me 5 to 7 days... They are young and running some kind of scam out of this store.... Smh. We work hard for our money!
I'm truly excited about my Solavei cell phone service. It gives me the chance to make money and get my cell phone bill paid for I recommend this service to all. thanks to the people from NJ Phone Fix I got my iphone unlocked and my sim card the same day!
