I saw Dr. Rickerby from 2001 - 2005 and was always extremely happy with his work, tableside manner, and professionalism. I stopped seeing him when I moved to NY, but never quite felt comfortable with other dentist. After many years, I realized that the trek from Washington Heights was well worth the quality care and comfort Dr. Rickerby and his staff provides. My only regret was waiting so long to return. Thank you for the work that stood the test time.

Dr. Rickerby and his team is amazing. I came in for a root canal treatment and dental cleaning. Everyone was incredibly accomodating and patient. They were professional, explained everything and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them !

While searching for a new dentist I came across Journal Square Dental. I was able to make appointments for my children and I without any hassle and in a very timely manner! The staff as well as Dr.Rickerby are all very wonderful and welcoming!

The doctor's treatments, composites and a bridge, were done with expert precision and efficiency. He is friendly and his staff is as professional as he is!

Couldn't have asked for an easier procedure! Thought I'd be in pain or would have to sit in the chair for longer than comfortable but it was easier than I thought!

I have gone to many different dental offices to get a cleaning but none have given me the care like this dental office. They took the time to explain things and treated my teeth with care. The staff were welcoming and willing to give a full explanation of the financial break down. I will be coming back for a follow up appoitment.

I throughly enjoyed my visit today. The receptionist was kind and the hygienst was professional in asking what brought me in today. She was also gentle when administering the medication to numb my mouth. Dr. Rickerby was honest in his diagnois and he has reassured me that they are going to care for my teeth as much as possible.

I'm also pleased with the fact that I will be able to save a tooth that I was initially told would have to be extracted.

Most thorough exam I had in years!

The hygenisist Reggie was great at making sure I had a comfortable and thorough exam & cleaning. He explained the areas that I needed to improve and more importantly, why I had to improve this to prevent long-term problems -- these were things I did not know. He also made sure to ask how I was doing every few minutes to ensure my level of comfort and trust.

Dr. Rickerby and Myly (my hygienist) were excellent.

Myly was knowledgeable and friendly. She clearly explained everything she did. So, I didn't experience any surprises.

As for Dr. Rickerby, I trust his professional judgment and suggestions to improve my dental health. I look forward to future appointments.
