I had a great experience shipping my packages there. It is awesome location as I don't have to search for parking or worry about getting a ticket. Staff is helpful and warm. Young lady walked me through all the details and was super professional.

A sound human being will not go to this shop again The owner of this shop named Vaidya denied service to take my Son's picture. The owner claims that she does not have the facility to take my sons picture who is 2 years old. However she took the individual pictures of my family excluding my son. She asked me to send an e-mail of my son's picture taken at my home and she will print those, the next day I send her 3 pictures of my son, she did not even ask me which picture she is going to print. She went ahead and printed a picture but the photo quality is very poor. Me and my wife were waiting outside the shop for 4 hours to get the picture. I requested her to take a new picture, since the photo quality is not good. She said she will not take it. However I paid for the service. The owner is very rude and she gave us a mental torture and we were very upset the way she treated us. She also treated her employees very badly in front of the customers. Her employees are Indian employees, they were very polite but the owner is really mistreating them . I spoke to my uncle who is a consumer attorney in Chicago , he said that he will help me to file this complaint in the court but he wants some additional information . I wanted to ask this to the forum , if there is anyone who had this mental torture from this shop owner or being mistreated please e-mail me. We need to report this to the appropriate forum and lodge complaint. I feel no person should be mistreated like this. We live in a free country and we should exercise our rights
I have been going here for years. The price is reasonable for their service here. The owner is able to help me at anytime if I had a question or if I forgot to do something she was always willing to help. I come to the store about 3 times a week to send my packages. They are more than happy to help me. I am happy to be able to come here with all there help so I can avoid going to the post office and have to deal with the long line. I will definitely keep bring my business here.
Funny how everyone has the same consistent feedback about the lady. She charged a $1 for the computer to take the printout on top of what she charged for the printout. It was not a big deal until I mentioned that it wasn't very clear that one page was $1.xx. And from there on she went crazy. She needs to get a life. I feel bad for the poor guys who work there.
By far the worst UPS Store! I frequently use 3 stores in three different states because of travel. This store used to be my fourth to where I had packages shipped. Since under new management, it's customer service and professionalism has gone down the drain. There's a pudgy guy with glasses who appears to be the manager who speaks brusquely to customers and flat-out speaks in a condescending way to coworkers. I had several packages shipped to this location as I normally would while out of town--instead of contacting me that my items had arrived, they were returned to the senders, with complete disregard that I've been a loyal customer at this store...spend your money elsewhere--I cant wait until they're out of business and more professional people take it over...ugh!!!!
The lady here needs to chill coz she is has opened up a business and one has to be nice to her customers. She isnt offering free service. She freaking lectured me on how I need to be a good customer. How I didnt trust her coz I asked her to let me have a look at my pictures. She told me i didnt have to come to her again. But she did take a crappy picture and charged me for it. what a rip off. wasted my time and money there. not going there again! and if you dont want to get yourself insulted while not getting the job done I would recommend not going there.
