I had an 11:30 ultrasound appointment and went on time. It was exactly 1:00 pm when i got in to the room. I don't mind waiting because you couldn't really avoid things like this... But of course it could've been better if there is an open communication between the people in the front desk and whoever is doing the procedure so then we (patients) would know what to expect in terms of waiting period. Lack of system. Very frustrating!!!������������

I had an ultrasound appointment and I was made to wait for an hour before they told me that the staff is not available and I have to cancel my appointment. I was fasting until 11.30am all in vain because of the useless staff here. Don't go there.
I was there last wedneday ,the best person there is Sammy ,really he is so friendly,my advice to every one he need x-ray or mri to go there .
I was looking for a decent MRI center and I found this online while reading reviews of people about MRI centers in Jersey City. This came out as the best place to go to. The front desk gave excellent customer service and Sammy (the technologist) was a treat, he is very knowledgeable and will take good care of you. I highly recommend this place.
Very nice. Clean. Professional. The guy who did my MRI and x-ray, Sami was so polite and friendly, with a really nice "bedside manner". Just a joy - very different from other places which are much more businesslike. And I loved the fact that I could choose my own music to listen to on headphones whilst the I was having the MRI. Big stress reducer.
