The service was 5 stars. Drivers were great and knew where they were going. They went out of thier way to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. The prices were resonable when my fiance and I went to the airport. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I plan on using them again!
TERRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT USE!Booked a ride from NJ to JFK a week in advance and paid online for the ride + tolls. Pick up time was scheduled for 2:30. The driver called me an hour before pick-up time to tell me that his GPS did not find my street. I indicated a close by street but was suprised by the tone and the rudeness of this person. He said he would call me back to let me know if he found the new street. At 2:30 I had no news so I called him back and he told me that he would be 30min late and that it was my fault because I did not give an address that his GPS could find. I called the company to complain about this and they were even ruder! Long story short, they never showed up!!!! and I had to find another taxi right away to go to JFK and get my plane on time.Do not use this company, they are unreliable, rude and not honest at all.
Booked them through tomsrivertaxi.com. THEY DID NOT SHOW. We had a 5 AM pick up scheduled- we called to confirm the night before and they said they would be there. 5 am comes and goes- 5:10- 5:15- we could NOT wait any longer since we had to make a 7:55 flight. Had to rush and clean out the car and we BARELY made our flight on time. Worst ride to the airport ever- rushing in the rain. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. You WILL regret it.
Best taxi service I had ever received. My job requires a lot of traveling so I have tried many other companies and 2 way limo stood out the most for me. I called to reserve a taxi to take me to EWR the day before and he was very respectful. He personally came and picked me up and made sure I was at the airport an hour before my flight. Best thing of all, It only cost 30 bucks!!! Service was great and saved me money. Highly recommend it to everyone.
I recently moved from Texas to Jersey City so car service is something new to me. I've had to go to and from Newark Airport many times this year for myself and guests. Overall experience with various services has been fair to poor. Some people are rude up here and I prefer to give my money to a company that seems to appreciate my business.
Second update--After a horrible, horrible first experience, I was contacted by the owner and giving a free roundtrip to make up for it. After a satisfactory second round trip including a pick up from one of the owners, I decided to use them again. This review is now a month outdated as I've never updated, but I tried them again in late June... and it was just as bad as the first time. Late picking me up at 6am on the way to the airport, and again 30-45 minutes late picking me up at the airport with more excuses from the dispatcher telling me he was circling the airport. It doesn't take 45 minutes to circle Newark airport and get to a clearly decided upon gate/door.The owners are nice and seem to care for their business. Everybody else that works at this company is incompetent and rude. What a shame. Stay away.
We are long-standing customers of New Limo, and for good reason. We first met them in Jersey City. We were traveling to the airport with our newborn for the first time. They made the whole stress of the journey better by being early upon arrival, having a kind and genuine driver, and getting there with ample time to check in. We have NEVER been late anywhere with New Limo.We have stuck with them ever since. If anyone has met the owners, they are down to earth, respectable guys who run their business with excellent customer service. Every driver that we have ever had from their company has been great. After living in the city for many years, nothing is worse than a forced conversation with a driver. They respect your needed silence and make great conversation when needed.Bottom line – we have been with them since they started and continue to call them (almost every month) whenever we need to get to the airport. They try their best to meet your needs and if they don’t, they are honest about it, and do everything they can (at times, a lot more than needed) to provide better customer service. We love that we can depend on them and don't have to call a different car service every time we land. A familiar, kind face is always there to pick us up. By the way, if a bad review is written about these guys – most likely the customer was unreasonable.

Definitely will not use them. I called for a cab on their phone 201-432-4321 (got it from their website - fell for the oldest trick - cheap fare). I got a response from a guy with a CA phone number. I wanted a cab for a early morning flight. The driver never showed up. Called him twice. Texted him many times. Then I had to call another cab company, and had to pay a much higher price. At least the guy showed up in 15 minutes and got me to the airport on time. I will never use 2 way Limo.
