Les Schwab Tires

I was headed to Boise on June 26th, 2013 at 8 am when the low air pressure came on my panel for one of my tires. So I stopped into the Jerome Les Schwab to get it fixed. I told Paul my problem and that I had Donlen leasing company, which they are a participating business, he preceded to tell me that Donlen was more trouble than it was worth and he had to make a phone call and it took time and on and on. I said ok I will go some place else. He followed me out to my car blocking me from getting into my car and saying you didn t let me finish, I will do it for free. I told him I heard him loud and clear the first time. What he failed to realize is that everything I have done on my company car has to go through Donlen in case there is further trouble that might happen later on, he should have known that. I can t have the work done for free it has to be paid for by Donlen and documented. I called back later and ask for the manager and the woman that answered said his name was Tony and that he would call me back. Well I waited until 5 pm and still no call from Tony so I called back and she told me that she had given my number to Tony. I decided to call their corporate office in OR and found out Tony had been transferred to WA and was in transit there. So she lied to me, he wasn t even there which made me believe he also had poor customer service for not calling me back. The gentleman at customer service in OR did apoligize and that is all I was asking for in the first place. He said he would talk to Paul and it has been over two weeks now and no apology from Paul. Oh and by the way we did take our car to Ron s American Car Center in Jerome, they were very nice and had no problem using Donlen. Thank you Ron s American Car Care for your excellent customer service and shame on you Paul at Les Schwab Tire Center for your poor customer service. We are thankful that our Les Schwab in Twin Falls does not treat its customers that way.
