Fraud alert. Went through drive thru at 5:30pm on 1-9-18. The guy took my money but didn't give me a receipt and when I noticed the food order was wrong, the girl that says she was the manager called me a liar. She refused to refund me, refused to give me my missing food, and escalated the situation by calling me a liar - when I'm the customer. PLEASE be careful using this location. If you go through drive thru, demand a receipt and count your change. If you use a card, make sure they give you the right card back and make sure the receipt shows you were charged correctly. Double check your food before you leave to make sure they don't short you half your food. If anything is wrong, the manager chick will NOT help you. Immediately call their corporate office at 502-265-6232.
Terrible, waited at the window and still received lukewarm food....and it wasn't pack!!!!! Terrible was there at 9:29 pm.
GETTING LUNCH FROM THIS PLACE WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD AT ANY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER BEEN!!!! IT TOOK OVER 15 MINS TO GET MY FOOD. I WAS TOLD STARBURST DRINK I WANTED WAS OUT, BUT MY FRIEND BEHIND ME, WHO ORDERED THE SAME DRINK ONLY HERS WAS IN A LARGER SIZE, GOT HER DRINK 3/4THS OF THE WAY FULL BECAUSE "THEY RAN OUT". WHICH MIND U, WAS THE SIZE I ORIGIONALLY ORDERED!! BECAUSE IT TOOK SO LONG TO GET MY FOOD, I WAS LATE BACK TO MY JOB THAT IS ONLY 4 MINS DOWN THE STREET. AND TO TOP IT ALL OFF, WHEN I OPENED MY NACHOS THAT I ORDERED WITH EXTRA, EXTRA BEEF AND NO BEANS THERE WAS VERY LITTLE BEEF AND A WHOLE LOT OF BEANS!!! ALL IN ALL, I WILL NEVER SPEND A PENNY OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN. AND BECAUSE OF THIS STORE, I WILL PROBABLY NEVER EAT AT TACO BELL EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE. I AM COMPLETELY DISQUSTED WITH THIS UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE
