do NOT open an account with this bank if you value customer service or you want to hang on to your money. They seem to care less about account security and their fraud department won't even answer the phone in order to report a lost or stolen card. Even if you realize that your account has been compromised, there is no one to call to report it to because they "are having technical difficulties". I think that the real source of the security breach is within the bank. In todays world of identiry theft it is unconsionable that a bank tells you to call back in 2 days to cancel a card which has been breached. How mch more damage will be done before someone comes back from vacation to answer the phone.
