Could not have been less friendly. Estimate to repair was almost more than the car cost. $75 just to spend 10 minutes looking at it. Picked up and told car was 'over there' and pointed to side lot. Would never recommend. 1 star is too generous.

DO NOT USE!People at Probilt will rip you off any way they can.I got in my car one day and pushed in my clutch and it popped and broke, the pressure was gone. I had to pay a tow truck driver to tow it to Probilt from my workplace in Louisville.They got to it the next day and called and told me that it would be $1,300. They told me I needed a new pressure plate. I was not aware of this at the time, but apparently to see if a new pressure plate is needed, they would have to drop the engine, which they did not. I don't have $1,300 lying around so I called an auto shop down the road from where I work and told them what needed to be done based solely on what Probilt told me. They quoted me at $900 over the phone. So I saved $400 on one, 3 minute phone call. I actually ended up finding a guy that works exclusively on Honda's and he agreed to take a look at it. So I had to pay another tow truck driver to tow it to Floyds Knobs, Indiana. He calls me a couple days later and told me that the master cylinder went out on it. He went ahead and changed it out and it drove just fine, problem fixed. He charged me a fair price of $225.The reason I am giving Probilt 1 star is not because they quoted me a high price of $1,300. It is based only on the fact that before my master cylinder went out, they replaced my master and slave cylinders 4 months prior. They were both still under warranty. So instead of being an honest business and telling me that my master cylinder went out again and that they would be replacing it for free like they should have, they made up something and tried charging me an outrageous amount of money. I called them telling them this whole story and they insisted that if they dropped my engine and realized it wasn't the pressure plate and it was only the master cylinder, that they 100% would have replaced it for free. Bullcrap. My question is, how is it that a guy that owns his own mechanic shop in his backyard can find out that a master cylinder went out but an established company with paid employees cannot? And why would Probilt just guess at the problem and hope I would bite and pay them? Becky, the owner, told me to bring in the receipt for the master cylinder that the mechanic charged me and they would refund me that amount. I walked in Probilt and they made a photocopy of my receipt and I have yet to be refunded. That doesn't even include the towing charges and the labor for the mechanic that I had to fork up all because Probilt did not want to warranty out a defective part. Please save your time and money and shop around somewhere else besides Probilt. They do not care about the customer even though they say they do. Believe me, they are only in it for the cash.
Criminal dishonest Dealer. Hiding the VIN mumber, scheduling appointments and not even being there at all, not staying at the lot on opening hours( leaving the lot with OPEN sign on) for hours at the time.
Buyer beware! Admirals Anchor Marine is not a reputable dealership. We were under the false assumption that you are better off purchasing a boat from a dealership. Not so in this case! We bought a 1996 Wellcraft 260 Excel from Alan Webb from Admirals Anchor Marine in April of 2016. The boat looked clean, the engine ran well, and there were no apparent soft spots. Alan, the salesman, kept reassuring us that they only accept trade-ins on boats that are in great condition. We noticed that the aft cabin carpet under the cushion became discolored a few days after it was cleaned. We tore off the carpet and found a wet plywood floor, stringers, bulk head and transom. The repair is estimated to be about $12,000. We sent Alan three emails explaining the situation and we have not heard a word. We were sold an unsafe boat that could have resulted in a bad situation on the water and the dealership has taken no responsibility.
Cheated me out of $81. When I confronted him, he and his boyfriend became aggressive. I later learned that this is typical behavior. No wander his garage stays empty. Never again. Stay away
Do NOT go here. I would have paid anything just to get my car going. So after a few hundred bucks, I picked up my car. It ran a day. A friend of mine looked at it, and fixed it for $40. They totally ripped me off. I called them about it, and they didn't even try to defend themselves. TERRIBLE
He's worked on my car, and did a great job! Figured out the problem when I couldn't, course I'm a female. Didn't take advantage of the fact I am a female, either. I'm also disabled, and not mechanically inclined, either.

I do my own oil change but lately someone did it for me and the filter was too tight. In short I have have it done and one mechanic told me he doesn't do it anymore so this referral. The mechanic was young but knowledgeable and very patient in dealing with the problem which really took a while. I would recommend this shop for car care. They even charge reasonably.
