They are so compassionate when dealing with the loss of a pet family member. They are remarkable and I’m a person of many pets and I will continue to use them furever.

I lost my sweetest friend Punk after a hard battle with stomach cancer. He passed on the weekend in the middle of the night. I didn't know what to do, and found Faithful Companions online...I called them the next morning, they let us come in immediately we brought my Punky in and the young woman that helped us was so unbelievably kind and helpful. She gave us time with him to say goodbye one last time. She helped us plan everything...he was ready to be picked up in three days even with his urn being etched and specialty ordered. Even when I came to pick his remains up the woman at the counter that met me there was kind and gave her condolences. This is a wonderful business that is filled with wonderful people. I wish I could remember the young woman's name, to thank her for making such a hard time easier. If you are considering cremation for your pet...consider this place...you will not regret it.

I just wanted to add a review of my own. I just recently used the Scott family for their services and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the outcome. They promised and delivered on everything that I wanted for my dog and went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you so much!!!

When I lost my dog late one night I didn't know who to call. My vet highly recommended faithful companions so I called them over the weekend...and they picked him up the same day! They picked my pet up from the vet and were very compassionate and caring. Mr. Scott helped me through everything and gave me his personal cell number so I could call him directly if I needed anything else over the weekend! I didn't expect that! They were great and the cost was very reasonable.
