Very rude customers service. Food is great, but if you want sweet & sour chicken you better check it before you leave. I had maybe enough sauce for 2 pieces of chicken, and when I called all the lady did was argue!

Well where do I start .... I started calling them on a Thursday evening at 8:40 pm each time for a total of four phone calls I was told to hang on and then hung up on so I called back finally got someone to answer the phone after six rings at 9:05 an asked for a delivery order and was rudely told that they do not deliver to me before I even got my address out of my mouth needless to say I will no longer be a valued customer any longer I have ordered from them for years and all the sudden they don't deliver to my home you can bet I will spend the word I work in the retail and call center environment and talk to hundreds of people from our area here's a black mark on your customer service and word of mouth is a powerful thing.

Worst customer service ever. Food is pretty consistent, regularly, but one of the main female Chinese workers is extremely rude. Every time! They continually forget items that we order, and when I ask for them to be delivered (properly), the woman gets angry and tries to make us feel like it's our fault that they forget our items. Ridiculous. This has happened four different times! BUYER BEWARE. Mean Chinese lady snaps at customers and will hang up on you.

The food is always great and the delivery drivers are mostly punctual. Occasionally when I pick up, however, the rude ponytail girl is working register and she's incredibly snappy and lacks proper conversational skill. She doesn't smile, and she's quick to get you in and out in a very impersonal way.

As long as there's nobody off work, the service is as good as the food,,,it keeps me from travelling all the way to Chop Sticks on Broadway in Louisville where I can get the very best Shrimp fried rice!

The food is great, but the service is lousy. I had an order delivered. My sweet and sour chicken didn't have any sweet and sour sauce. I called back and they said they'd bring some out. An hour later I called back, and they FINALLY brought the sauce. No apologies, nothing. Cold sweet and sour chicken isn't what I paid for. I am very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

I recently moved to Jeffersonville. A friend of mine suggested China Taste. My family tried it and it was very good and at a reasonable price. The General Tsos Chicken and Fried Rice is my favorite while my sons love the Bourban Chicken adn Fried Rice. Each entree comes with large servings. You will not leave hungry. They also deliver all of Jeffersonville and Clarksville. Give them a try. You wont regret it.

I love China Taste, They are really yummy and good for the price.

We have eateb here several times it is reasonable in price, very tasty/good and fast. My Husband and I wanted to stay in tonight and have a romantic Valentines dinner!! So, we called them up and found out they deliver. All we had to do was pull out the plates and Candles!! Walah!! Instant romantic dinner!!
