I am a local healthcare provider, caring for patients who are very ill. Fred went above and beyond to make sure a patient got what she needed.

Great hometown pharmacy. I've been doing business with this pharmacy for 15 years and they are wonderful.... so much better than using a big chain pharmacy!

My son had a torn ACL and needed a brace. I went to Crawford Long Pharmacy on 8/1 to purchase a leg brace for my son to wear pre and post surgery.



After arriving home and putting the knee brace on, it would not stay tight and continually slipped down his leg. When I called Crawford Long they were already closed. I called on 8/3 and spoke with Bess. I told Bess about the problem with the brace and that I was intending to purchase another brace directly from a medical supply store, but was concerned about returned the brace that was purchased at Crawford Long. She assured me that as long as I had the receipt, it would not be a problem. I also told her that due to my work hours and Crawford Longs' limited open hours, it would be Saturday, 8/8 before I could come with the brace for my return. She put me on hold and came back to the line advising that would not be a problem.



On Saturday, 8/8, I went to Crawford Long Pharmacy to return the brace and unfortunately......it was a problem. I was advised that irregardless of my conversation with Bess, they were not willing to accept the brace back. After waiting for 10 minutes for the "owner" to call back to see if he would make an exception, I made the decision to leave. I walked back in 5 minutes later to give my name and number for the owner to contact me directly at which point the woman said, "I am going to give you your money back because I am not going to listen to your crap anymore."



As I was getting my money back from the cashier she said, "Sir, I promise you, I am not a mean person."



I know that Kroger is a massive chain, but I will take thier customer service over incredibly insensitive Crawford Long Pharmacy every day of the week.

Great small town pharmacy. They will even deliver your prescription if you need them to. Highly recommended
