General Info: After graduating with BSN, Syrila received her RN licensure and began work as a labor and delivery nurse and continued for 17 years. She returned to school and received her MSN and worked as a WHNP in Texas for one year. Syrila moved to Missouri and taught OB/PEDS clinical as an assistant professor of nursing at Lincoln University for 2 years. She is married with 3 children (1 girl, 2 boys) and has 1 dog. She enjoys cooking, hiking, canoeing, gardening and almost anything outdoors.
