This company is the worst in Jefferson City, Missouri. The bus drivers are either late or extremely early. My daughter's bus came 12 minutes early and "opened her door" for 18 seconds according to the operator. That's a roll through. Nothing was done and my daughter's perfect school attedence was ruined.
Kumon is a place of tortore and as a person who goes there I hate I can not exceed in that program I do not like it and it doesn't help me one bit I live in Jefferson City and before I went there I didn't know what it was and I wish it had stayed that way��������
I have dealt with First Student for 5 years now and have also dealt with the most rude and unprofessional staff they employ since my kids have been in Jefferson City Public Schools. There are too many people looking for jobs to keep employees that lack basic customer service skills such as being POLITE! My issues have been with their office staff more than it has been their bus drivers! When they are as quick to put you through to their manager as they are obviously they know that it will do no good for us parents to bother talking to anyone else. It is a shame they know that they are our only choice and can treat people like they do. Maybe if they treated their good bus drivers who actually care about the kids like they should they wouldn't go through so many and the drivers would know the routes and parents wouldn't have to call wondering why the bus is TWENTY minutes late! Then we when do call we get to deal with attitudes like I did this morning.
