What do i think? i think it is disgusting how they treat their employees. In all honesty i wouldnt even give it one star. They try to make them work on holidays including christmas. I do believe that is illegal considering the plant shut down. They have no mercy on you. I just found out i was pregnant and they fired him for no call/ no show. But wait it gets better. He told his supervisor that he was taking off because he had a holiday day he didnt use. Well as soon as he came in they told him he can work the rest of the shift then he's fired. If i rocktenn was the last place on earth to work. I wouldnt even think about it.
