Overall
Violation of Civil Rights

My girlfriend & I were pulled over for not yielding & changing lanes enough for him.He had pulled over another vehicle. Officer G. B. Wilson gave us a warning on an official indiana state police paper and wrote ""Romans 10:9,10"" on it.

10:9 ""If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that ""God"" raised him from the dead, you will be saved""

10:10 ""For it is with your heart that you are believed and justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved""

This is a violation of my (& my girlfriends) civil rights to freedom of religion (or the lack thereof). I'm a proud atheist & she's Agnostic. The police have NO right to push religion on citizens using the states papers.

I'm 35 yrs old & have dealt with religious discrimination all my life. I REFUSE to take it from an officer of the ""law"" which is why my next letter will be to the Indiana ACLU.
