Hardee's

The Jasper Ga location very disappointing. Visited store on Thursday night (9-1-2016) around 7:00 PM two other customers in store already seated with their meals. I ordered chicken fingers, 2 fries and 2 megga burger to go. Twenty minutes later and 5 employees I was still waiting for my order. Just to be told they lost my ticket which wasn't true as I watched them make the burger and fries. Jasper GA needed another good fast food restaurant, however Hardee's does not fit the description of "good". And don't try to write the corporate office I have been trying to get this complaint to go through to them and get error after error - they apparently don't want to know about issues in there restaurants.
