My husband and I purchased a car from this dealership, they put a new engine in right before but less than a year after purchasing it the motor totally locked up going 70 miles down the interstate. Very long story short, it has been two months since this happened and they have been giving us the runaround and are not taking any responsibility for what has happened. They have been incredibly unresponsive, uncooperative, and unhelpful. Now my husband and I are now out thousands of dollars and money for a rental car for two months because they were not able to assess, diagnose, and help us properly and promptly. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this lot, and we will strongly discourage others from doing so as well.
Bought my husband's truck from there. Older farm truck and he likes older vehicles and just something to get him to work. He loves it. Had it going on 2yrs and only had a little trouble with it,ended up being a sensor. Looking to buy another vehicle from him now.
I purchased a car 3 months ago. Paid cash with disability back pay. I have yet to receive title and dealership can NOT give me a copy of title application. Was told finance manager took cash and title along with titles to other vehicles on the lot. I have had to make several repairs to the car. Also made several trips to the car lot. Was told by owner he wld repair it. It has now been over a month and the car has not been repaired and still can NOT get a copy of title application. They have an F rating with BBB due to similar complaints and will not respond to BBB request. I have now had to make complaint with attorney general's office and hire attorney. Fox6 on your side is now involved trying to get something done. I wld not suggest anyone purchase a vehicle from Maloy Automotive! This has caused such distress to me financially and emotionally. The car has only ran maybe 1 full month since purchased. I have gave them every opportunity to make this right and I feel no effort has been made!

I was very disappointed with this place sold us a car for 600.00 down total Price 2,100.I was need to go to my mother's funeral in Virginia I never made it. The car blower oil all out on backside of motor and list all water called and asked for help living in SSA and they refused I looked at the new laws passed in October 1,2017 I was told take to court then very low Cass business if want stand behind there sakes .my advice Stay Away Buyer's Beware sale you junk leave you holding the bag.
Excellent sale staff, and put in extra effort in order to give me a satisfied trip to their dealership. The detail crew was quick, and service always get's me in and out on oil changes. They make you feel right at home every time. Great folks! highly recommend doing your auto shopping with Ford of Jasper.
The sales contract for the purchase of my vehicle stated the second key would be mailed. This vehicle was purchased on October 31, 2015. As of December 29, 2015, the key has still not been mailed to me. The business owner will not answer my phone calls or texts nor will he return messages left.The owner sold us this vehicle without a clear title. We have been told by the AL Motor Vehicle Division that this is illegal. We do have a clear title now. It was issued five weeks after the purchase. We are still considering legal action about the sale because the owner either lied or didn't respond the five weeks we waited on the title and he will not uphold the sales contract.
This is a great place to buy a new Ford! Great deals and nice people! Also, the service department allows walk-ins.
