I have never had such a horrible experience as a customer. When I first went to this store to turn my phones in for the buyout promotion there was no problem. I was told to return in 48 hours and bring in my previous providers bill. When I did the first person I spoke to gave my papers to anothe person who was helping a customer. I proceeded to wait for over an hour and when the guy finally spoke to me all he said 'oh I don't know why they told you that we are no longer able to submit your bill, you have to do that on your own" and then sent me on my way. When I then tried to do it myself one of the phones serial numbers wasn't registered. I called the store and they said come back. I explained what happened the last time I was there and then was asked to hold to then be HUNG UP ON. I will never go to this store again!

God awful customer service! I purchased a tablet left the store to only to realize that it was froze up. returned to the store to return it 3 hours later and they say I needed to pay a 45 dollar return fee! So after dealing with customer support four or five times they give me a 45 dollar credit for the activation fee but not the return fee. I finaly think I am free and clear of this and it shows up on my bill the next 2 months because the store failed to note that the tablet was ever returned! I have wasted over 20 hours of my time and $65.71 on a tablet that never worked! Never again ! Horrible experience and I will never send my business here again.
