Mr Taxi

I am not someone who likes to bad mouth anyone, however, this man is an absolutely abhorrent, terrible person. I am the type of person who has the patience of a saint and can get along with basically anyone. He is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. No tact whatsoever. Not to mention, as a business man, he does not know how to approach customer service or even come close to producing quality service. There was an article written about him giving free rides on Christmas, displaying praise for his actions and his character. I can guarantee that these rides that he gave people had no conscience involved and no regard to humanity. He only did this for publicity. He is despicable. Don't give this man any of your money.

Horrible, Horrible service to and from Sonic Boom event!! Advertised shuttle service at area motels and left those that chose this option waiting and stranded for hours and to add insult to injury the owner decided to shut down his actual cab\taxi service that was advertised at Sonic Boom so you had only bus shuttle option. Missed part of concert because of this jerk. Please for your own sanity stay away from this business. They are total wastes of time and money. Wish I could give a zero as well. Very shoddy business practices.

Why can't I give is no stars!!!! Horrible service for sonic boom no buses to pick anybody up charged money for bus service and took forever horrible do not use!!!!

This taxi service stalks and steals business from their rivals, they are rude and frequently late, their taxi is old and smells bad, and they overcharge. Use any other service and you'll be pleased.

I will give 1 star bc he actually did pick me up. Horrible customer service. Didn't want to take my request for a cab 1 hour in advance bc he didn't want to have to write it down and remember. Showed up 5 min early as I was gathering my coat etc. I said I'd be down in 5 and he said he was really busy and couldn't wait. Told him he was 5 min early and he said his watch didn't say so. I said I would pay for him to wait. Got in cab and there's no meter. I asked about it as he was driving away and he said they aren't regulated in WI. So I asked how much it would be to go to the restaurant and he said $28. We were going 7 miles!!i was so creeped out I asked him to immediately turn around and take me back to the hotel. This company is a rip off and he is a total jerk. DO NOT use this service. I'm also turning him into the better business bureau
