Don’t waste your time. Lied to when I called to verify my reservation terms, and when I got there they wouldn’t allow my family to check in because I didn’t have a card to pay for the room even though I told them I was paying cash. I was told by phone that I didn’t have to pay by card and then they let my children sit in the lobby crying cause they wouldn’t do what they told me they would. This was after I checked in and unloaded my vehicle. The night before Thanksgiving, and almost every other hotel was booked. They shouldn’t even be able to get 1 star they were so horrible!!!!!
