I was so pleased with the experience I had at this dealership! Noel was my sales person and he made it so easy to feel comfortable to purchase a vehicle from them. He was honest and very friendly. We bought a Mazda 3 and had an amazing experience. Then about a month later I had a light come on and drove back for warranty work on it and Noel remembered us! We chatted and he was so helpful and friendly while we waited for the car to be done. To me that shows that they really pride themselves in customer service and treat people like family. I will most definitely be back when I need another car! It's worth the drive to have an amazing experience like that. (I'm from Illinois about 2 hours away and will gladly make that drive anytime)
I was helping my Parents pick out a new used vehicle and I thought they would have to go somewhere like Milwaukee to get the best deal. Not true. Joe Zipperer listened to them about what they wanted and provided them with just that. He was the perfect salesman. He didn't try and oversell and wasn't pushy. If I ever buy from a dealership it will be Boucher FLM.
Great buying experience! I received an excellent internet quote on a new Mazda MX-5 from Dave Behling and he was flexible to lower it even more to meet my budget requirements. Drove 85 miles to see the car, and decided to buy it. Friendly people and smooth, professional purchase. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car!
I took my car that I had purchased from Gordie Boucher in October in for an oil change today. I was told it would be a 45 min wait. After an hour and a half I thought I better check on the progress as I had an appointment that took me two months to get into in 20 minutes. They told me they were still waiting for the oil filter! Why didn't anyone come and tell me what was going on? Also they wrote on the paperwork that they couldn't do the carwash because they were worried the front clip on my car would come off. I come out to get my car and they were drying it off and the other side of the clip is now broken. The service tech proceeded to tell me all I had to do was fasten it with some wire! Now, why the hell is that my responsibility and why did you wash the car when you were worried about the clip breaking?? I am very unsatisfied and will never bring my car back for any kind of service! A little communication could have kept you a loyal customer today!!
I don't think I could ever go anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and considerate. I worked with Justin Christophersen mostly and he could not have been a better salesman. He was very patient and did not make me feel at all pressured into purchasing a vehicle. He let me make the decision and did not try to talk me into much of anything, except the xilon coating on my car (which I am so glad I got now! What an investment!) He was very caring and wanted to make sure I got what I wanted. Everyone seemed to really care about making me a life-long customer, which I am now. I have already recommended this dealership to anyone that talks about purchasing a newer vehicle. I know I'll be back when it's time for me to trade in for a newer vehicle. Thank you Justin and everyone else that contributed in making my experience of purchasing my first new vehicle awesome!
I recently purchased a 2013 F-250 from Gordie. I dealt with Russ Zank, who was recommended to my by my son who purchased his F-150 from. I can see why he was recommended. Russ was very easy to work with, knowledgable about the vehicles I was interested in, and even came into the dealership on his day off to go over the features of my truck when I picked it up. Between Russ and Demian (financial manager), they made the whole experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Gordie Boucher to my friends, and Russ in particular.
My family has now purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership, and I am continuing the trend of being extremely happy with my purchase. I got a great deal on a 2010 Focus, and the process was made extremely easy. Both Dale [Karolczak, Sales Associate] and Kara [Nicholson, the Finance Manager] were very helpful and answered all the questions I had and even ones I didn't know I had! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car.
I just purchased a F-150 Lariat with most of the bells and whistles from Gordie Boucher of Janesville. The whole experience was great. The young salesperson (Mitchell) was extremely knowledgeable about trucks at the young age of 21. I found out he has already owned 15 vehicles in his life, perfect. He convinced me that the Ecoboost engqine was the way to go, he knew all the specs vs. compairables, performance, etc. I got a fair trade in value on my older truck, though I could have worked it a little more. But once we settled on the truck and price, the best part of my experience was dealing with the Financial Manager (Kara), as we had found out the State of IL screwed up my VIN # on my title for my trade in. The deal could not go forward unless corrected with the Secretary of State office. Long story short, Kara made dozens of calls to IL to straighten out, and on her day off. She was persistent and never took no for an answer from the state until she convinced one person to take this on and correct. It delayed me picking up the truck only one day, but it could have been weeks thus killing the deal. This experience reaffirmed my faith in people, and has definetly sold me on this dealership for future purchases. Great experience all around, and I love my new truck. I reccomend this dealership.
The attitude of the service advisor was awful. During my interaction with him, he barely looked at me, and continued working on other peoples paperwork on his computer. His responses were short with me. I left, and went to the Ford Dealer in Clinton, WI which was a much more pleasant experience. Better attitudes would make this place easier to go to. Because of this, I feel a lack of trust with Gordie Boucher.
