Don't even waste your time with this guy. Appliance company said he does all of their warranty work. So I called. Went to voicemail. Said he returns calls within half hour. Well, it has been 4 days now, no call. Do you get that much business that you just blow off customers? Well you will not get mine.

John was here to fix my dryer within a couple of hours of calling and is professional, personable and very knowledgeable. He gave me an idea of what he thought the problem was over the phone and an approximate estimate if that was the actual issue. He was right on and total cost for parts and labor was less than some companies charge just to come and diagnose the problem.
