My family has had thousands of dollars of work done here. We will never go back. Horrible customer service, long waits to even ask a question, completely unprofessional and untrained staff. For example, today I went in to ask if I could get an oil change. While waiting in line for thirty minutes, because only one staff member was checking in customers, I was passed by three other employees and the manager, who all seemed to avert their eyes from any customer who spotted them. How dare I as a customer even be there, I know. But begrudgingly a staff member eventually asked me "what do you need." I simply asked I for an oil change, and after a sigh, the employeee turned around, looked in the garage for half a second and told me it would be at least an hour before I could even have my car pulled in. I understand a wait to get service, but what an awful way to treat your customers. Hopefully this facility will close.

Purchase new tires got a fair deal. They checked my brakes and alignment and said they were both fine. No unnecessary charges would definitely recommend this location.
I dont usually write reviews, and I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is third time I've had such a terrible experience. Every time I show up for my oil change appointment, I have stood waiting to be acknowledged for at least 10 minutes as employees walked right by (1 woman even just held her finger up to me while she finished her lengthy conversation with another employee in the office area). In addition, all three times they spent almost 3 hours to do a simple oil change (one of those times I watched through the windows and saw no employee even touched my car in 45 minutes). Another time they told me not to book appointments online because their in-store computer doesn't recognize them, and that's why they weren't prepared. Other times they told me they were understaffed and had employees taking their lunches without telling anyone. So it is clear that this place is a joke of a business. I wouldn't waste your time here...
September 2016 - Took my husband's car in on a Thursday night, he looked at it first thing on Friday morning, as promised. Explained the problem (he used to work at one of the local dealerships, which we had just been to for a repair but the engine light was still on), he didn't try to sell us anything else, he fixed the problem and we don't have to go back. He had the car back to us by 11am on Saturday, just in time for us to leave for vacation. Really really reasonable repair price and super nice people.
Awful costumer service. First time I was there they made me wait more than an hour but I decided to Give them a second chance. But after this I'm not coming back. They suck!!!
They are always fair and honest. They get the vehicles into the shop in a timely manner. They let me know on a couple of cars that they weren't worth fixing and exactly why. They could have just kept fixing everything as the cars nickel and dimed me to death, but they didn't.
