I really loved this place. I had a spray tan package, and I looked forward to my visits. But there was one person who started working there in June or so, and she always seemed to see my as a distraction and a problem, though I was always extremely polite to her. The next to last time I went, the spray didn't work. Hardly anything came out, but I wasn't too worried about it. I'd go back later, and hopefully it would be better. But it wasn't. After the first pass, I could tell that it wasn't working. I had done it more than 20 times, and I could tell the difference. Unfortunately, the rude woman was in charge that day. I was in a hurry, but she didn't care. The only thing that mattered to her was proving me wrong. She taped some paper towels to the back of the booth, and then she showed them to me to "prove" that I was wrong. Honestly, it was hardly convincing, but that's not really what bothers me. She couldn't care less about me, my time, or the money that I was paying for the experience. Although her job was sales and customer service, she failed utterly at both. I walked out, came home, and cancelled my subscription so I'd never have to go in there again. I never had any problems with anyone else, so if she has left, it's a great place to tan.
