This is a independent company and the owner has the last word, I would not even rate them with a 1. My father took his lawnmower to have a part repaired. The blades would not start up unless motor is reved up. Sedgefield had an estimate of 550 and my dad declined it, but they had already put a battery in to test the part that is needed to fix the mower. My dad did not give them the Ok to change his battery, his old battery was weak and still worked. If they needed to test the part with a strong battery, they should have tested it and put the old battery back. They told my dad because it is a electrical part they can not return it. So be careful they are replacing good batteries with new batteries without your authorization and charging you for labor and the battery.
This is the nicest most knowledgable place I do business with. They always find what I need and give me information on how the products work. GREAT.
