Customer service is deplorable at Feurtado Shipping. The women answering the phones are disrespectful and treat customers as if they're mere inconvieniences. Called to check on a package I shipped with them after a month passed and my folks didn't recieve it and recieved the worst treatment EVER. I've been a customer for over 7 years and the one time I had an issue I wasn't even allowed to speak with a supervisor. One customer rep literally hang up on me after deciding that I didn't need to speak with hee supervisor because he's going to tell her to handle it. I called back and when asked who I was and why I'd want to speak to the supervisor she said "didn't I just tell you he was in a container and I wasn't going to bother him" If those are the people representing Feurtado shipping they have failed at proactively training staff to handle customer's complaints. They need to take a strong initiative to properly train staff in effective communication.I will never spend another dime with Feurtado Shipping as their customes are secondary to their egos. No explanation as to why a 2 week shipment took 6 weeks and refusing to allow me to speak to a supervisor because I have a complaint?Unacceptable!
This is THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE on the planet. The customer service woman I spoke with initially was incredibly rude when I told her that I had received only one notice on Friday, December 20th 2013, saying that "they had attempted delivery twice already and that today" (Monday the 23), "would be the last day to attempt delivery". Then she kept interrupting me when i explained i had only received one notice (friday). she then put me on hold for an eternity, came back on and said that they would attempt delivery the next day, today the 24th. AGAIN I waited all day, called again to see where the delivery truck was on their route, and was told there was No delivery scheduled to my apt for today. So the woman from the day before who i spoke to screwed me over . they are rude, do not even attempt to deliver packages and they lie. NEVER USE THEM. EVER. EVER. i would not give them any stars - in fact i would give them skull and crossbones - but Yelp makes you give them a star in order to post your review. They are simply AWFUL .
I cannot stress how awful this company are. Not only were they extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, they ruined our trip costing us $5000 each. Do not use.
