Were flying in from out of country after a family vacation and were enjoying an incredibly smooth travel. Then we arrived at JFK International..
I normally never take the time out to write reviews, especially bad ones because I do not have the time or patience to dwell on such negativity. However I am so upset, What I cannot comprehend is WHY THE EMPLOYEES AT JFK... and I mean ALL of them, from the individual airline employees, to the people who check your bags, the TSA employees (TSA are under educated people with over empowerment and oversized egos)the agents who
co-ordinate boarding... every single person I came in contact with is incredibly rude and unhelpful and they are to blame for one of the most horrid airport experiences my family and I have ever experienced.
I have traveled through several other airports in my life and have never experienced anything like it. I am not that person to write such reviews but in this case I needed to. I don't think that type of behavior be practiced or tolerated by anyone !!!!!
