Flying Food Group offers custom designs and produces food for guests of customers in the Airline Catering, grocery, food service and specialty markets. It serves over 70 airlines and serves over 200,000 meals every day for primarily international carriers and food retailers. With 17 kitchens in the United States and one in Shanghai, China, it supplies airline and retail customers with meals and snacks. The company employs over 3000 people worldwide. The U.S. Department of Commerce Minority Business Development Agency has recently named Flying Food Group as the National Minority Global Supplier Distributor of the Year (2010). It has also introduced Sano Parfaits, a retail line of sundae, yogurt parfaits available at supermarkets and other consumer outlets. Flying Food Group s list of clients includes Air France and Star Bucks Coffee among others.
